     Skelton Advisory Group, LLC is a management consulting firm based in Nashville, Tennessee, assisting its clients and partners in various capacities including:  strategic planning, financial models, mergers/acquisitions, capital formation, financial reporting, real estate development, investor relations, budgets/forecasts and project management.

Bryan Skelton
Founder & President

     Bryan Skelton is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership experience and management responsibilities in finance, business development and administration for nationally-recognized, multi-location operators in the healthcare industry.  He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Montecito Medical Real Estate, a leading private buyer of medical real estate having transacted on more than $5.2 billion since its inception, including over 300 properties and approximately eight million square feet in 38 states.  Bryan is responsible for capital formation, investor relations, financial planning and financial reporting.

 

     Prior to forming Skelton Advisory Group, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Educational Services of America, Inc. (ESA), now known as ChanceLight Behavioral Health & Education, from 2006 through 2014 where he helped ESA develop into one of the nation's leading providers of alternative schools, special education programs and behavioral health (autism / ABA) clinics with over 170 locations across 23 states.  While with ESA, he was honored by the Nashville Business Journal as the CFO of The Year (Medium Private Company) for 2011. 

 

     Prior to ESA, Bryan served as Vice President - Finance/Development for Surgis, Inc. from 2002 through 2006 prior to its merger with United Surgical Partners International (USPI).  At the time of the merger, Surgis was the largest private operator of ambulatory surgery centers in the United States.  

 

     From 1999 through 2002, he served as Assistant Controller for OrthoLink Physicians Corporation, a leading physician practice management firm specializing in orthopedic practices and ambulatory services (surgery centers, imaging, physical therapy, etc.) founded in 1996 and acquired by USPI in 2002.  Prior to OrthoLink, Bryan started his career in public accounting with Deloitte as a CPA (currently inactive) where he led audit engagements for healthcare, entertainment and manufacturing clients. 

 

     Bryan graduated magna cum laude in 1995 from Lipscomb University (Nashville, Tennessee) with a B.S. in Professional Accountancy / Finance-Economics.  He was a four-year letterman, All-Conference outfielder and Academic All-American for the Lipscomb Bisons under Coach Ken Dugan.  His civic duties have included serving on the boards of The Little School (Franklin, Tennessee) and the Lipscomb University College of Business Alumni.  He has also been active as a volunteer with Franktown Open Hearts, Room In The Inn, and Franklin Baseball Club.  Bryan and his wife, Jennifer, live in Nashville with their four children.

Jennifer Skelton
VP, Business Development

     Jennifer Skelton has 20+ years experience in healthcare sales and business development.  She currently serves as a Territory Manager for Axonics, a national leader in sacral neuromodulation therapy which restores normal control of the bowel and bladder.  From 2002 through 2017, Jennifer served as a Medical Device Senior Sales Rep with Medtronic, the largest medical device company in the world.  Jennifer was a three-time President's Club winner with Medtronic in its Neuromodulation Division and was integral in developing the Boston and Nashville markets from the ground up.  Jennifer's passion for client relationships, patient satisfaction and process improvement are the keys to her success.

 

     Previous stops with Boston Scientific and Abbott Diagnostics selling devices and equipment across 11 states resulted in similar success for Jennifer and her teams.  Her operating room sales experience with Urologists, Gynecologists, Urogyns, Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Colo-rectal Surgeons , General Surgeons, Cardiologists, Internists and Hospital Laboratories demonstrate her adaptability in providing solutions across a wide range of specialties.

     Jennifer graduated summa cum laude in 1994 from Western Kentucky University with a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism and was a news anchor in Owensboro, Kentucky from 1994 through 1997.  Her healthcare sales career has taken her from Nashville to Atlanta to Boston and back.  Jennifer loves to travel with her family and friends and is always up for a new adventure.  When not working, she can usually be found working out at the gym or with Bryan cheering on their children at their school events.
